Ingredients
Pink lady apples
Ground Cinnamon
Ground Ginger
Ground Nutmeg
Raw Sugar
Method
Preheat oven to 150 degrees celcius
Remove the core from the apples and then slice as fine or as thick as desired (the thinner the slice the crunchier the chip).
Place apple slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and raw sugar
Place into the oven and cook for around 30 minutes (this time will differ depending on the thickness of the slice of apple - if cut super finely, I'd check after 15- 20 minutes).
What to serve these with -
I really love these by themselves or with a little bit of nut butter spread over them. My personal favourite is Mayver's Cacao Super Spread. I also think these would make an amazing addition to a cheese board.
