Beetroot Hummus



I know this has been done NUMEROUS times and you can even buy it now from most supermarkets, but I don’t know about you guys but I always find it quite vinegary and I prefer something more mild. So if like me you’re into a subtle and creamy beetroot flavour then this is for you.

Beetroot Hummus
Gluten Free | Vegetarian
Ingredients
1/4 cup of Hulled Tahini
400g tin of Chickpeas rinsed well and drained
250g of peeled, cooked and ready to eat Beetroots (Not Tinned! That will change the flavour)
100g of Danish Feta (important! Makes it creamy)
Decent pinch of salt of just to taste
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1.5 tbsp of Lime Juice
Method
Put everything into a blender and yeah just blend till its smooth (THIS IS SO EASY)
Taste it and add extra salt, pepper or whatever, to make it your own!
