Gluten Free | Low FODMAP | Vegetarian | Nut Free
Ingredients
1/2 cup Lactose Free Yogurt
10 Medium Strawberries washed and hulled
1 tsp goji berries
1/2 tbsp cranberries
1/2 tsp desiccated coconut
Method
Blitz strawberries and yogurt in a high speed blender
pour mixture into a container lined with baking paper and sprinkle with goji berries, cranberries and coconut.
Place in freezer for three hours and allow to set. Cut into triangles and enjoy - store in freezer
