Chilli Tofu

Chilli Marinated Tofu
Gluten Free | Vegan | Vegetarian | Dairy Free | Low FODMAP

Serves 2 - 1 Serve is LF


1 TBSP Lemon Juice

1.5 TBSP GF Soy Sauce

0.5 TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar

0.5 tsp Sambal (Chilli Paste)

150 g Hard Tofu


Dice Tofu and place in a container with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well to cover the tofu and allow to marinate for a few hours

Heat some oil in a large fry pan and cook the tofu so that the sides get a little crispy. Remove from heat and serve with coriander and some soy and chilli dipping sauce
