Choc Brown Rice Pudding
I LOVE THIS RECIPE! Not only is it super yummy it is also caters to so many different diets. It is also a delicious breakfast and dessert and snack! It's also super filling due to the brown rice! Enjoy
Chocolate Brown Rice Pudding
Gluten Free | Dairy Free | Vegetarian | Vegan | Low FODMAP
SERVES 4 (I serve is Low FODMAP)
1 Cup of Brown Rice
6 Cups of Water
3 Cups of Almond Milk Unsweetened
1.5 Tbsp Cacao
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extra.
SO EASY! Just put in all of the ingredients into a saucepan that has a lid
Bring contents to the boil and then reduce to a simmer cover with the lid
Stir every 5 minutes until all of the rice has absorbed the liquid.
Place into different bowls and put in the fridge to set.
Serve up with some natural yogurt, crushed nuts and strawberries and Enjoy
