Olive Dip
Low FODMAP | Vegetarian | Dairy Free | Vegan | Gluten Free
Serves roughly 8 - 2 serves is Low FODMAP
Ingredients
1.5 cups black olives PITTED (~350g jar drained)
2 TBSP Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Capers
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup mint
2 TBSP Pine Nuts
2 TBSP EVOO
Method
Place all of the ingredients into a high powered food processor/ blender and blitz until mixture is finely chopped and well incorporated.
Taste mixture, and balance flavours with additional lemon juice/ herbs if required.
