Crispy Seeded Crackers

Crispy Seeded Crackers
Gluten Free | Dairy Free | Vegan | Vegetarian 
Method
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees celcius 
In a medium mixing bowl, add in all of the ingredients. Pour over enough boiling water to cover all of the ingredients.
Leave mixture for 1 hour to allow the seeds to absorb the water. 
Spread the seeds onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. You want to make sure to not spread the mixture too thin otherwise it'll fall apart. Sprinkle the crackers with salt and place into the oven for 1 hour. 
Once the crackers have finished cooking allow to cool on the baking tray. Roughly break them apart and enjoy!
Ingredients
1/4 cup Linseed (Flaxseed) 
1/4 cup sunflower seeds 
1/4 cup pepitas 
1/4 cup sesame seeds 
1/4 cup tricolour quinoa 
1/2 tsp Cumin Ground 
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt 
1/2 tsp Italian Herbs 
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
