Grain Free Muesli





Another favourite during my final year of school when I struggled to eat anything without feeling sick. This muesli was my go to snack! I ate it straight or had it with lactose free yogurt Y U M! Little tip, make this when you're going to have people come into your home as it smells HEAVENLY! Honestly the smell alone is reason enough to cook this... but it also taste delicious #winning

Grain Free Muesli
Gluten Free | Dairy Free | Vegetarian | Vegan
Method
Place all seeds/nuts in a large bowl and pour over enough water to cover the nuts.
Add in 1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon and Nutmeg
Mix and Set for at least 3-4 Hours
Strain and rince mixture
Place onto a line baking tray and dust with the extra 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (use cinnamon sugar here if preferred)
Place in a preheated 140 Degree Celsius Oven and allows to cook for around 45-60 minutes (until nuts are slightly golden)
Cool completely then place in an airtight container
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Raw Whole Almonds
1/2 Cup Raw Pepitas
1/2 Cup Macadamias
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup Pecans
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
