3-4 cups of loosely packed Kale (the smaller the leaf the better)
1/2 tsp of Mixed Herbs
1 TBSP Garlic Infused EVOO
Pinch of Salt
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees celsius
Using scissors, cut the kale leaves away from the stem so that you can equal sized pieces roughly 5 x 5 cm
Place the kale into a bowl with all the other ingredients, and massage it all together
Place kale on a baking tray lined with parchment paper ensuring a little space is between each chip
Put tray into preheated oven and cook for 5 minutes and then check every minute after that until the chips look crispy but are not overly browned.
Remove from oven, allow to cool and then enjoy!
