150 g White Chocolate Melts

1 tsp Matcha Powder

2-3 Freeze dried Lychees (I used the ones from Fresh As.

Rose Petals (optional)

Pistachio (optional) (omit if wanting nut free)


Melt the white chocolate. Whisk in the matcha powder.

Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Crush the lychees over the mixture and sprinkle the rose petals and pistacio over also.

Place mixture into the fridge and allow to set for an hour

Using a knife roughly chop the bark into shards and serve.
