Nutty Chocolate Slice

Ingredients
120 g Medjool Dates Pitted
1 Cup Macadamia Nuts
1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Pecans
2 TBSP Cacao
1/4 Cup Cornflakes
2 TBSP Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder
Method
Roughly chop the nuts and dates
Place all of the ingredients (except for the cornflakes) in a high speed blender and blitz until a dough like consistency is reached
Stir in the cornflakes
Press to mixture into a baking paper lined brownie tin and place in the fridge for a few hours to set.
Slice up slice into small squares and enjoy!!
