Rhubarb and Raspberry 'Nice' Cream
Gluten Free | Vegetarian | Nut Free | Vegan | Dairy Free
Ingredients
1/3 cup of stewed rhubarb (whatever I had left over from what I made up for the crumble - refer to crumble recipe
1/3 cup raspberries frozen
1/2 cup banana frozen
Plant based Milk of your choice (I used about 1/4 cup but this will vary) avoid nut based milk if want NF
Method
Blitz all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender! And serve
