Roasted Macadamia
Gluten Free | Vegetarian | Dairy Free | Vegan | Low FODMAP
40g Macadamia's is Low FODMAP
Ingredients
1 Cup of Raw Macadamia Nuts
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic infused EVOO
1 Teaspoon EVOO
2 Teaspoons of Rosemary Sprigs
1 teaspoon of Italian Herbs
1/4 Teaspoon of Paprika
1 Teaspoon of Salt Flakes
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
In a small bowl mix the oils, Italian herbs and paprika
Roughly chop up the rosemary
Add in the macadamia and rosemary into the bowl with the oil and toss to coat the macadamia
Place the macadamias on a baking tray line with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the macadamias with salt
And bake for around 8-10 until Nice and golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool and then serve.
