Ingredients

Patty

500g Grass Fed Beef

2 Cup Wholemeal Bread Crumbs (I make mine from scratch and use the crusts of a loaf of bread)

1 egg

1/4 tsp cumin ground

1/4 tsp harissa

1/4 tsp onion powder

1 Cup Grated Carrot

1 Cup Grated Zucchini

 

Caramelised Onion

1 Red Onion Finely Sliced

1 TBSP Brown Sugar

2 tsp Sriarcha

 

Homemade Sauce

1 TBSP Aoili

1 TBSP Tomato Sauce

1 tsp Sriarcha

 

Wholemeal seeded bread roll

Tinned Beetroot

Handful Spinach

Few Slices of Pickles

Slices of Cheese

Method​
To make the Flaxseed eggs mix the Ground Flaxseed with 9 TBSP of water and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.

 

Preheat oven to 200 degree ceclius. In a small saucepan mix the vegetable oil and sugar over low heat until sugar has dissolved.

In a medium bowl mix the flour, milo, coffee, cinnamon, cacao and baking powder.

Slowly mix the flaxseed eggs and oil & sugar into the dry mixture until well combined. Stir in macadamia nuts and then pour into a prelined brownie tin.

Place into the oven and cook for around 25-30 minutes. Check to see if cooked by inserting a toothpick into the centre, if comes out clean it's done.
