Meg O'Connor
Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)
Meg is the owner of Crunch & Co Nutrition and Dietetic Services. She is a university trained Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who loves food and helping others with their health.
Her special interest area is:
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Meg also assists patients with areas including, but not limited to:
- Navigating a vegan and vegetarian diet and meeting nutritional requirements
- Meeting nutritional requirements for optimal energy production and prevention of health complications
- Osteoporosis and Osteopenia
- Coeliac Disease
- Insulin resistance, impaired glucose tolerance and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
- Iron deficiency Anemia
- High cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia)
Meg's Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetic Science (Honours)
- Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with Dietitian's Australia
- MONASH University Low FODMAP trained
