Meg is the owner of Crunch & Co Nutrition and Dietetic Services. She is a University trained Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who loves food and helping others with their health.
Her special interest areas is:
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Meg also assists patients with areas including, but not limited to:​
- Navigating a vegan and vegetarian diet and meeting nutritional requirements
- Meeting nutritional requirements for optimal energy production and prevention of health complications
- Osteoporosis and Osteopenia
- Coeliac Disease
- Insulin resistance, impaired glucose tolerance and Type 2 Diabetes
- Iron deficient Anaemia
- High Cholesterol

- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetic Science (Honours)
- Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with Dietitian's Australia
- MONASH University Low FODMAP trained

INITIAL CONSULTATION
60 Minute Appointment
Available via both Face-to-Face and Telehealth.

In this session Meg will conduct a thorough nutrition assessment including medical history and diet history. Meg and the client will then work through their goals and treatment plan. For those with gut health concerns, filling out a 3-5 day food and symptom diary is recommended prior to your first appointment.

REVIEW CONSULTATION
50 Minute Appointment
Available via both Face-to-Face and via Telehealth.

In the Review sessions Meg and her client work through the clients progress together. Review sessions are 50 minutes so that clients don't feel rushed and can talk through any barriers that may have appeared between sessions, discuss their wins and make tweaks to their treatment plan.
