What does a dietitian do?

An Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) provides evidence-based nutrition advice tailored to your individual health needs, lifestyle, and goals.

What’s the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist?

In Australia, all Accredited Practising Dietitians are qualified nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians. Dietitians have completed university training and can provide medical nutrition therapy for specific health conditions.
